Friday – January 27, 2012
5:00 pm: Doors open at The
Ole Barn for sign in and registration. All ticket packets to be
handed out.
5:30 pm: Cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres to be
served, along with music and mingling with everyone
6:00 pm: Raffle begins and Silent Auction sheets
open up.
7:00 pm: Introduction of guests: Celebrities
attending, Title sponsor guests, Presenting sponsor guests and
Crusaders
7:30 pm: Autograph Session followed by music and
dancing, more raffles and a live MC
9:00 pm: The great “ShowTime” band begins to play
Saturday – January 28, 2012
10:00 am: Brunch opens at The Ole Barn
11:00 am: Guests and sleds line up with their groups behind each
celebrity they are riding with. Official horn blows for take off.
Groups ride until around 5:00 pm. Guides will have a chosen path and
will take their group to a place for lunch and refreshment.
6:00 pm - ???: Meet back at The Ole Barn for dinner. Raffle, silent
auction, live auction, music, dancing and a live Emcee.
